Delete your account and your data.

Permanent deletion is self-service inside Helm AI. It takes effect immediately and it cannot be undone.

Delete it yourself, in the app

Sign in to Helm AI.
Open Account Settings from your profile menu.
Go to Your Account and choose Delete account permanently.
Type the confirmation phrase shown on screen and confirm.

Deletion runs immediately. Your sign-in stops working, your data in the app is removed rather than archived, and there is no recovery path afterwards. If you would rather keep a recovery archive, choose deactivation instead — it ends access immediately and can be restored if you return and are verified as the owner.

If you signed in with Apple, Helm AI revokes the Apple connection it holds where it can. Sign-in runs through managed Apple OAuth, so in most cases Helm AI holds no Apple token to revoke — deletion still completes immediately, and the app then shows you Apple's own step: Settings, your name, Sign-In & Security, Sign in with Apple, Helm AI, Stop Using Apple Account. From a browser you can do the same at account.apple.com under Sign-In & Security. Apple's instructions are in Apple Support. That step is optional follow-up: your Helm AI account and data are deleted either way.

What is deleted

Your sign-in identity, including Google or Apple sign-in for Helm AI
Your profile, roles and account settings
Your vessels, equipment, maintenance logs, checklists and checklist runs
Your documents, photos and uploaded files, including the stored files themselves
Your diagnoses, Guardian AI briefs, emerging risks and telemetry history
Your inventory, parts, quotes, saved vendors, requests and messages you sent

What is retained, and why

Administrative audit entries, so account actions remain accountable
Payment and payout records where they must be kept for financial and tax obligations
Completed Helm Expert engagements, which also belong to the engineer who did the work
Email suppression records, so an unsubscribe request keeps being honoured

If you cannot sign in

Send a request below and we will carry out the same permanent deletion after verifying that the account is yours. Nobody can delete an account from this page directly, and we never confirm whether an email address has a Helm AI account before that verification. We aim to reply within one business day.

If you signed in with Apple using Hide My Email, include the relay address you used so we can find the account.
